Excellent breakfast.
Swimming pool was not clean when we were there. We stayed one night for dinner but were very disappointed with the service. It really did not approach the standard of any of the 5 star hotels that I have ever stayed at in Europe and the USA.

Quiet country setting.
Overpriced restaurant. All wines less than 40 Euros - "not available". Did not have hot water for one hour. Response of Front Desk Manager to Internet issues - "not our problem"

The attention to detail in design and restoration is mind-blowing. The staff are super friendly and really enjoy their jobs. The area is fascinating for touring. The chef is outstanding and the food is delicious. The surrounding landscape is jaw-dropping. The cottages are outstanding value for money. The whole experience is luxurious without being artificial. The environment encourages socializing and feels like being at a private party. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The site is a beautiful conversion of a monastery with rooms decorated with antiques. The property is very clean and tidy. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The staff even made our dog welcome. We can't wait to come back here!

I had an amazing stay at Eremo Della Giubiliana in Ragusa. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh produce, including delicious sundried tomatoes. the staff were incredibly friendly and provided detailed itineraries for our day trips. the atmosphere throughout the property was relaxing and idyllic, especially in the courtyard and private pool area. the spacious and clean cottage had ample parking and even bikes for us to use to cycle to the hotel. We loved it so much that we are already planning to come back for our wedding anniversary. I can't recommend this place enough!
Nothing 😊.
